Chris and Katie Torres live out their passions in their successful photography business in the heart of Atlanta, 6 of Four Creations. Their natural talent allows them to concentrate on capturing the unique legacy of a family on its most celebratory days. Chris finds his passion easy to pursue from his background in design and printing. Katie lives out her Fine Arts degree behind the lense of the camera. Both have an eye to see and capture the essence of history being unfolded. Notorious publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The Independent Daily, The Atlantan Bride, Brides Atlanta, Atlanta Weddings and The Knot have opened their pages to include the work of Chris and Katie. 6 of Four Creations wraps quality, passion and professionalism around their art.
Since a two-month trip to Venezuela in 2001, Katie has had a passion for documenting history. Being from a strong family with legacy and warmth, Katie has had a deep desire to use her talent to capture the lives of those who have lost this their family history. Her plan is to use photography to create a sense of self worth, pride and value in an otherwise unnoticed person. Katie desires that these people will be able to hold a tangible documentation of who they are.
Recapture is a dream coming into fruition. Chris and Katie are combining their talents and passions to give people of impoverished, disaster stricken areas a capturing of life, family, traditions and culture through the lens of their camera.
